Please note that an appointment is required for an Anatomical Pregnancy Sonar above. Consultation or a referral letter are however NOT required. Anatomical Pregnancy Sonar with Sex Determination is best done between 28 and 32 weeks. Anatomical Pregnancy Sonar is available weekdays 3pm - 5pm and Saturdays 10am - 2pm. Fertility Screening, Ultrasound, HSG & Laboratory Test Price List

Our consultation fees are R650 per person.
To save on costs we suggest that we investigate one person at a time. For example, we can start off by investigating the woman, and if we do not find anything wrong with her, we can proceed to investigate the man. The doctor may advise that we investigate the man first followed by the woman.
Women: On your first visit, please bring R650 consultation fees and R900 for ultrasound of the pelvis.
We may also take samples of your blood to test for a hormone called progesterone to check whether you're ovulating or not. Progesterone test costs R155.
If the ultrasound scan results are normal, our doctor may book you for an HSG on a later date. An HSG costs R1, 600.
The best time to do an HSG is in the first half (days 1–14) of the menstrual cycle. This timing reduces the chances that you may be pregnant.
Men: On your first visit, please bring R650 consultation fees. After consultation, our doctor will book you for a sperm analysis on a later date. Laboratory fees for a full sperm analysis are R1, 130.
Laboratory tests: If required, blood tests and other pathology investigations are also done at an extra cost - please enquire from the doctor during your consultation.
